Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 22 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy from us or use any Alice Digital website, funnel, members area or digital product. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you confirm you accept them.

1. Who we are

Alice Digital is a trading name of Synergy CFO Solutions Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 12851981). Registered office: Kemp House, 160 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. VAT number: GB455305404. Email: [email protected].

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Synergy CFO Solutions Limited trading as Alice Digital. "You" means the person buying or using our products.

2. What we sell

We sell digital educational products, including online courses, training videos, templates, spreadsheets, resource packs and access to a members area (together, the "Products"). The main features, format and price of each Product are shown on its sales or checkout page at the time you buy.

Our Products are educational. They teach methods for creating and selling digital content using artificial intelligence tools and social media platforms. They are not a business opportunity, investment, franchise or employment, and they are not financial, tax or legal advice.

3. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Products are for your own personal use or use within your own business.

4. Ordering and contract

  • Your order is an offer to buy. The contract between us is formed when we confirm your order by email or give you access to the Product, whichever happens first.
  • Additional offers presented during checkout (such as order bumps, upsells or downsells) are separate purchases. Each is only added if you actively choose it, and each has its own price shown before you confirm.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if a Product is listed at an obviously wrong price, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot supply it. If we cancel, we will refund anything you have paid for that order.

5. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout (usually US dollars). Your card provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
  • Where VAT or a similar sales tax applies to your purchase, it is included in or added to the price shown at checkout according to where you live.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
  • Unless a checkout page clearly says otherwise, prices are one-off payments and not subscriptions. If any Product is sold on a recurring basis, the amount, frequency and how to cancel will be shown clearly before you pay, and you can cancel at any time before the next payment.

6. Access to digital Products

  • We will normally give you access straight after payment, by email and through the members area.
  • Because our Products are digital, you will be asked at checkout to agree that we can give you immediate access. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, this means the standard 14-day cancellation right ends once access begins. This does not affect our 30-day money-back guarantee, which gives you more time, or your statutory rights if a Product is faulty. See our Refund Policy.
  • "Lifetime access" means access for as long as we continue to operate the Product. If we ever close a Product, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to download any materials that are designed to be downloaded.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Please tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to your account.

7. Your licence to use our materials

All content in our Products (videos, text, templates, graphics and software) belongs to us or our licensors. When you buy, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning and business. You must not:

  • share your login, or copy, resell, sublicense, publish or give away our course materials;
  • record, scrape or redistribute videos or members area content;
  • pass off our materials as your own training product.

Some Products (for example templates or done-for-you packs) are designed for you to edit and use in content you create and sell. Where a Product page states specific usage or resale rights, those rights apply to that Product.

We may suspend or end access without refund if you seriously or repeatedly break this section, for example by sharing logins or reselling our course content.

8. Third-party platforms and tools

Our Products refer to third-party services such as TikTok, Instagram, AI content tools, Canva and online marketplaces. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies unless we say so. Their rules, fees, algorithms and availability can change at any time and are outside our control. You are responsible for following their terms, including rules on AI-generated content, copyright and advertising disclosure.

Some links we share are affiliate links. If you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We will flag affiliate links where we use them.

9. Results and earnings

We do not promise that you will earn any particular amount, or any money at all. Results depend on your own effort, skill, time, budget and market conditions. Please read our Earnings Disclaimer before you buy.

10. Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is faulty you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or in some cases a full or partial refund. Nothing in these terms affects those rights. Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk) can give free advice on your rights.

11. Our liability to you

  • We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
  • We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.
  • If you use our Products for business purposes, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Product concerned.
  • If defective digital content we supply damages a device or other digital content belonging to you, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation, unless the damage was caused by your failure to follow our instructions or to install free updates.

12. Your account and conduct

In community areas you must not post anything unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break this rule.

13. Complaints

If something goes wrong, email [email protected]. We aim to reply within 2 working days and to resolve complaints within 14 days.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law or in our Products. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order. We will tell you about significant changes that affect ongoing access.

15. Other important terms

  • We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We will tell you if this happens and it will not affect your rights.
  • Nobody else has any rights under these terms (the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 does not apply).
  • If a court finds part of these terms unlawful, the rest will continue in force.
  • If we delay enforcing these terms, we can still enforce them later.

16. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of the country where you live. If you live outside the UK, you also keep any mandatory consumer protections given to you by the law of your country.
