5. Who we share your data with
We only share data with trusted providers who help us run the business, under contracts that require them to keep it secure and use it only on our instructions:
- HighLevel (LeadConnector): our website, funnel, CRM, email and members area platform.
- Mailgun: email delivery for messages sent from our platform.

If we sell or restructure our business, data may transfer to the new owner under the same protections. We never sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers are based in, or store data in, the United States and other countries outside the UK. When data leaves the UK we make sure it is protected, for example by relying on UK adequacy regulations (including the UK-US Data Bridge for certified companies) or the ICO's International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Customer and transaction records: 6 years after the end of the financial year of the purchase, as required for UK tax and accounting.
- Members area accounts: for as long as you have access, then deleted or anonymised within 12 months of closure.
- Marketing contacts who have not bought: until you unsubscribe, or 24 months after you last engaged with our emails.
- Cookie and analytics data: in line with the cookie durations shown in our cookie banner.
8. Cookies and tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies to make our sites and checkout work. With your consent, we also use analytics and advertising cookies and pixels (for example from Meta, TikTok and Google) to understand how visitors use our sites and to measure and tailor our adverts. You can accept or refuse non-essential cookies in the cookie banner and change your choice at any time. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.

If you live in the European Economic Area or a US state with privacy laws (such as California), you may have similar rights, and we will honour them in the same way.
10. Security
We use reputable providers with encryption, access controls and secure payment processing. No system is completely secure, but we will tell you and the ICO about any breach where the law requires.
