Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. Every Alice Digital product comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

1. Our 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any Product, for any reason, email us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will give you a full refund of the price you paid for that Product. You do not need to give a reason.

The guarantee applies to each purchase separately, including the main programme and any order bumps, upsells or downsells. You can ask for a refund on one item and keep the others.

2. How to ask for a refund

  • Email [email protected] from the email address you used to buy, with the subject "Refund request".
  • Tell us which Product or Products you would like refunded. An order number helps but is not required.
  • We will confirm your refund within 2 working days.

3. How you will be refunded

  • We refund to the original payment method, in the same currency you paid.
  • We process refunds within 14 days of confirming them. Your bank or card provider may take a further 5 to 10 working days to show it.
  • We do not charge any fee for refunds. Any exchange-rate difference applied by your card provider is outside our control.

4. After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your access to the refunded Product ends. Any licence to use its materials (including templates and downloads) also ends, and you must stop using and delete any copies.

If someone repeatedly buys and refunds, or shares or copies content before refunding, we may decline future orders from them. This does not affect any refund you are already entitled to.

5. Your legal rights

Our guarantee is in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them.

  • Cancellation: under UK law, consumers usually have 14 days to cancel online purchases. For digital content, that right ends once you agree at checkout to immediate access and the content starts to be supplied. Our 30-day guarantee gives you more time than this in any case.
  • Faulty content: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a Product is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced, or in some cases to a refund. This applies even after 30 days.

6. Payment disputes

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Refunds through us are faster, and we will never refuse a valid request within the guarantee period.
